The Newest News: Holy Cow! What a summer so far here in Minnesota. It is 01 July and we have only had a hand full of 80 degree days (and one 90 degree day). Weird, weird, weird. I am hoping that this trend will continue this winter and bring massive amounts of snow. Snow is so much more awesome than rain. Anywho... the site update. There is a bunch of new art in the galleries. They are all commissions that I recently finished. I only have one commission yet to get done (sorry for the delay WS). I would say more about this and that about the arts but... why? :P I know that you just want to see them. So go, look, enjoy! Commissions are currently OPEN until 20 July 09. I am still finishing up my last batch of commissions (Only one left to go) and that picture will be completed before I start on any new commissions. You can view the list of “current” commissioners (which is maintained on my FurAffinity page www.furaffinity.net/user/fjf ) to gauge to where I am standing; commission wise. I WILL BE TAKING COMMISSIONS FROM 01 JULY 2009 THROUGH 15 JULY 2009. So, for those that care (and for those that don’t) the steroid injections that I had last month into my spine (for my L4 / L5 herniation) did not work. Yay *eyerolls*. Also, the traction that I have been doing the latter part of June did not work. Double yay *double eyerolls*. Now... who knows. I am going in to see an Ortho Surgeon and see what will happen next. I am assuming that it will be “under the knife” for this foxie. Not looking forward to that should it happen. On a good note though, I am working freelance at an animation studio in Minneapolis. It rocks. I get to make cartoons for Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Nebraska again. I guess they liked the first batch enough to order two more from us. Awesome! The only suckie part... 16 hour work days. I work my crappy security job for the night then, in the morning, I drive downtown and put in 4 to 6 hours at the studio. I think it will kill me but I believe I will die smiling. I love drawing animation. Other than all that, I have nothing more to say.
